Jason founded DCS in early 2007 and has built strong relationships with some major companies since then. Jason continues to develop DCS around the core values that he has established; to provide an unequalled service in terms of cost, quality and reaction time to all of its clients. Jason has been appointed ICM South Wales Branch Chairman in January 2010 and intends to increase the profile of the ICM within the region.

Kevin spent nearly 20 years in various management roles within Industry both in the U.K. and abroad. He later founded his own business of which he remains a director. He started working with DCS upon its inception in 2007 and has worked closely with Jason Pallister to develop the business to where it is today. Kevin became Operations Director in early 2009 and is responsible for the day to day running of the business as well as working closely with all of the consultants to continue the rapid growth of DCS. He is a highly experienced management professional who is clearly focused on developing the aims of the company.

Alexis is a highly self-motivated, decisive, and intuitive recruiter from a demanding recruitment industry. A full cycle recruiter with a track record of delivering results in a timely manner, she has over 7 years of experience within specialist recruitment, with her professional skills being developed mainly in the Accountancy and Finance sector within both the permanent and temporary markets, Alexis has worked with many Blue chip and SME’s and has undertaken various high and low volume campaigns. Alexis started her career with Reed Accountancy, progressed to a senior level and won many awards, she joined DCS in 2010 and has a strong track record of successfully developing New Business areas, Coaching and managing team’s into realising their full potential, she is responsible for developing new strategic partners in our recruitment and training divisions and increasing potential of current client list.

Anne is an experienced Credit Manager, having spent over 25 years in various roles within Credit Management. Qualified as a Member of the Institute of Credit Management in 1996. Has worked with DCS as Recruitment Manager for the last two years.

Since starting in the credit profession in 1997, Geoff has gained a broad knowledge in credit control, and has worked for every size of business, from sole traders to FTSE-listed companies. He set up his own consultancy in 2009 in North Wales – Urecall Ltd – and since its incorporation Urecall Ltd has helped clients realize nearly £40M in payments from customers. He is an Associate of the Institute of Credit Management, and a Member of the Association of Credit Professionals.

After working within the hospitality and construction trade at management level for 10 years, Ian started working with Debt and Credit Solutions in 2009 when the recession hit the building trade. He started in the debt collection arm of the business and then moved into the recruitment side of the business as this developed rapidly. Ian now recruits for some of the UK’s major debt collection agencies, using his own experience in debt collection to find the best possible candidates available for the clients.

Donna has an exemplary track record in the sales industry. From starting her last role as a part-time sales advisor, she was fast tracked to Assistant Store Manager within 6 months. Where she was responsible for 15 staff, making sure they achieved all KPI’s, store and H&S compliant as well as achieving 5 star audits of a busy flagship store. Donna is the latest addition to the DCS team, where she now works as a Regional Manager. The skills she has learnt over the years have helped her to excel in developing new business and deliver the highest customer service to all of her clients.
