Job Title: Legal Telephone Collectors / Case Handlers

Salary: £20,000

Our client, based in Warrington, Manchester and Liverpool require Telephone Accounts Negotiators to join their busy team.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

Maximising the collection recovery for our clients through the delivery of outstanding negotiations and service levels on a portfolio of accounts via inbound and outbound calling activity. This will also cover the administration of both client and customer correspondence delivered in a timely and efficient manner whilst also ensuring that client SLA’s and requirements are met.
SCOPE OF JOB

? To take inbound and outbound calls with client and debtors to resolve queries and or collect payments
? Through skilled negotiation, maximise collections for the client  help deliver an outstanding competitive performance
? To manage the administration and processes of nominated client(s)
? To ensure that all client SLA’s are adhered to and met
? To ensure all correspondence is completed daily within the required SLA timescales
? To act as the client’s point of contact for any service issues
? Responding in a timely and professional manner to client requests/requirements for information. 
? Process and ensure that all Back office business processes are done with precision and in a timely manner
? Day to day problem resolution with both clients and debtors
? Identifying client issues and concerns and communicating them to the appropriate internal personnel.
? Seeking methods of enhancing client communication through the development and implementation of strategies that streamline processes. 
? Proactive management of a portfolio of assigned clients/debtors
? Assisting in client visits where applicable
? Various tasks as deemed relevant by the CMT

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

? Collections Experience 
? Professional business manner and conduct
? Ability to prioritise and time manage
? Proficient in the use of a Personal Computer and Microsoft Office software.
? Good organisational skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
? Business to business customer service experience.
? Target driven and an understanding of delivering against key KPI’s and SLA’s at an individual and team level
